Mission of Foundation

To raise funds to establish a state-of-the-art center of excellence in the Buffalo/WNY area for the diagnosis, surgery and post-surgical treatment of brain disorders.
To establish Buffalo/WNY as the hub for education and research in the field of neuroscience and to foster ties to other leading regional, national and international institutions.
To acquire a 3-Tesla MRI scanner with state-of-the-art functional imaging techniques and develop a 3-dimensional imaging and post-processing technique.
To develop a Picture Archiving and Control System to assist in building an infrastructure in New York State in order to share clinical information among patients, providers, payers and public health agencies.
